16 years and teach both contact lens practice and contact lens visual optics.
I was head of the contact lens department at City & Islington College
from 1991 to 2000, at which time I left to set up and become Principal of the
ABDO College at Godmersham in Kent. I am the principal examiner for the ABDO
in contact lens visual optics and also mark contact lens practice exam
papers. I am also a contact lens practical examiner. I do not supervise
project work as our students do not submit projects as part of their ABDO
